The purpose of the SAE Aero Club at Lakehead University is to provide students with the opportunity to participate in the design, manufacturing, and testing of a competitive model aircraft for the SAE Aero Design competition. By establishing this club, we aim to secure funding from LUSU and other sources, while creating a collaborative environment where students from various disciplines can contribute their skills. Our club will also pursue official recognition, sponsorships, and donations to support the development of the project and advance aerospace engineering initiatives at Lakehead University.
