About Friendship for Overseas College and University Students (FOCUS)

FOCUS (Friendship for Overseas College and University Students) exists to provide assistance, advice, enjoy social activities and attend local events. It is for foreign students at Lakehead U who wish to get to know Thunder Bay and meet other overseas students. We have regular meetings and provide some chaplaincy services under sponsorship of International Student Ministries Canada. We provide opportunities to participate and attend local cultural and recreational activities such as Thunderwolves games, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, bowling, and many other on events, both on or off campus.
